It’s that time of year again where my stitching spot in the window gets too cold for me to sit comfortably for hours on end. While I was making some good progress on Computer Catastrophes a pesky draught was leaving me with sore shoulders. For now I have had to admit defeat and move to the relative warmth of the sofa which isn’t very comfortable for sitting at my frame.
And it’s really annoying because I really want to work on Computer Catastrophes. I have to stitch something though (or knit) because I really don’t like sitting around with nothing to be getting on with, so I’ve been working away at page 2 on QS Arthur.
He is my tent stitch experiment piece I’m working using q-snaps and I really like how he’s working up at the moment. There’s so much confetti in him that I don’t feel any faster but I whizzed through those blocks of colour in the background.
He’s so bright and colourful too, just what I need as winter sets in. Page 3 is really quite small and mostly background blocks but I’ve been distracted by something else for now that I hope to share soon

He’s lovely, and am sure you’ll be addicted to him by the time the warmed weather comes back round!
Lovely progress on Arthur! I’ve been stitching a mini HAED tent stitch on the same fabric, and I’m just loving it. 🙂
