So here I am halfway through the last two rows of pages on Into The Sea. I’m at that point where it feels like each page is taking ages to finish but in reality this page only took seven stitching days mostly thanks to the way it fell over weekends. This piece also does not have as much confetti as I would expect with a full coverage piece; it’s easy to follow the smaller colours around the swirl of the waves but there are lots of blocks of filling in.
Just two more full size pages and four partial pages, I’m expecting to reach a finish at some point in April. Once this is finished I think I shall continue with the one large focus piece that has most of my stitching time spent on it and I’ll take short breaks from it as I reach the point of needing them. I’ll have the designated days for smaller pieces as well I’ve found that they have been nice little breaks and of course it’s nice to have the occasional small finish.
