It’s a late update this week as life and head colds try to interfere with my stitching.  It’s difficult to stitch with a head that feels full of cotton wool but thanks to gridding there has been no major setbacks with mis-counting.  So there were a few days when I didn’t pick up the needle at all but that hasn’t stopped me from completing another page on Train of Dreams.  Stitching is a refuge for me at the moment, concentrating on each tiny little cross keeps my mind from other things.

I’m 81% complete now, in terms of pages only one more full size a4 page and two more partial pages to do.  There are a couple of tiny partial pages at the end but I’ll stitch those at the same time as stitching my other pages.  I’m going straight on to page 16 the underneath page and I’ll see how much of that I can get done before the next Sal week.  Now that the end is in sight I want to concentrate on getting my little dragons finished.

Heaven and Earth designs have released another Randal Spangler design featuring the dragons, Sundae Delight, and I’ve bought it but I’m going to stitch some other things before I get back to dragons.  It’s a lovely design very difficult to resist just like ice cream.
