It’s been a little while.  Unfortunately the laptop I use for pictures had a little mishap and had to be repaired.  All is fixed now and so I can give you a little update of some of the stitching that I’ve done in December.

After finishing a page on Whispers I felt like taking a little break from the dark colours and stitch something a little lighter so I decided to work a page on Alice Loge.  Page 4 was finished just after Christmas, it’s a little difficult to make out where exactly I am on the whole picture, it’s mostly setting up for the detail on the next row.  The Queen of Hearts is on this row of pages somewhere, perhaps in a page or two.

Then I decided to have a splurge on finishing pages to get all started pages finished before New Years Day.  I finished in plenty of time by finishing page 7 of Into The Sea which had been a bit neglected during my time off work over Christmas, I had got a lot of the colour changing parts done and left myself with a lot of block filling in to finish.  Back to work soon and I’ll be all ready to get started on page 8.

I’ll do another update soon with a post about the other pages I finished before New Year and my fabulous Christmas present.  I’ve also had a chance to get some pictures together about how I prep for a new start but I’ll need to write that up first.
