Confetti or not I breezed through page 2 of Eternal Promise and got it finished on Christmas Day. I think it would have been done Christmas Eve if it had been a normal day but there’s too much to distract me this time of year.
There was a lot more of the background on this page so I had a better taster for the confetti in the forest background but it isn’t as bad as I remember the confetti being on Little Princess. I keep getting distracted with how pretty it looks as it comes together which shouldn’t happen so much as I work through the pages of it. I’m still to work out how often this one will be coming out to be worked on it, I don’t think it will stay away for long. If I can push to get the mini finished then I’ll have more time for it and I really want to be getting back to Whispers as well. Looks like next year will also be another tough one for working out what I’m going to be stitching next.
I got a new sewing machine for christmas so I’m going to be getting back to work on the patchwork quilt that I started, then I’ve got my socks to get knitted and a new sock knitting book for Christmas as well as a few easy peasy Lizzie Kate patterns so I have something with me to stitch when we go visiting. Next up though is a page on Mini Lost In You. It’s the face page next, I’m hoping that will inspire me to push on and get it finished.
